All sponsor registrations with logo artwork must be received by March 1, 2018 inorder to be included in script and media advertisements.
This sponsorship level includes an advertisement in the event pamphlet. Artwork may be full color. Artwork must be received by March 1, 2018 inorder to be included. Artwork needs to be in Vector Format or actual size JPG or PNG. Artwork size is 2.25"H x 4.75"W or 4"H x 2.375"W.
If you choose to include advertisement, business cards, coupons, contact information, or additional logo items for the swag bags, please send us a quantity of 200 items. We will include the items in the swag bags for participants, volunteers, and event sponsors. All items to be included in swag bags need to be received by the OCPOA on or before May 1, 2018.
OCPOA golf tournament committee reserves the right to approved or deny display of and/or use of all advertisement at the event, to approve or deny display of and/or use of all logos, names, and weblinks used for event t-shirts, tee signs, hole signs, event pamphlets, event flyers, event certificates, event plaques, event awards, logo promotional items, OCPOA website, and OCPOA social media.
